Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 679/2016 (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as the GDPR or the Regulation), we hereby inform you that your personal data, voluntarily provided by you, will be processed by GBHotel S.r.l., with registered office in Polpenazze del Garda (BS), Via Giovanni Battista Brunori no. 4; VAT No. 04425240985; email: info@bellerive.it, mainly by electronic or telematic means, exclusively for the purpose of carrying out personnel selection and evaluation activities in the interest of the Company.
Data collection takes place through the submission of information relating to your professional experience in the form of a Curriculum Vitae (“CV”) and any cover letter by means of a spontaneous application, by completing the form made available on the website and attaching the requested documents.
The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, as the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract. Furthermore, pursuant to Article 111-bis of Legislative Decree 196/2003, consent is not required.
Providing personal data is optional. However, please note that failure to provide such data will make it impossible for the Company to consider the applicant’s application in any personnel selection and evaluation process.
Received CVs will be deleted at the end of the calendar year following the year in which they were received; if you are still interested in submitting your application after that period, you will need to send a new application.
We also inform you that the data voluntarily provided by you will be processed exclusively by personnel authorized by the Data Controller and will not be disclosed to third parties.
Current legislation grants the Data Subject numerous rights, including the right to request access to personal data from the Data Controller, as well as the rectification or deletion of such data, restriction of processing concerning the data subject, or objection to processing, in addition to the right to data portability.
You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. To exercise the rights indicated above, you may send an email or registered letter to the Data Controller at the addresses indicated in this notice.
The Regulation also provides the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.
